Proficiency in digital recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and professional networking tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Competencies Ownership & speed: bias to action, proactive risk mitigation, reliable on-time delivery. Judgment: sharp evaluation of leadership competencies and cultural/mission fit.
