We need a YouTube channel manager who can run the operation: thumbnail design, SEO-optimized titles and descriptions, retention-optimized edits, posting cadence, analytics tracking, and the path from view to inbound conversation. This is a performance role with a clear climb. Modest retainer at start. Real revenue share as the channel monetizes.
