Virtual Assistant (Non-Technical Profile) Work Type: Full-Time/Part-Time | Remote Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days Working) Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM IST CTC : Upto 3.8 LPA Role Overview The Virtual Assistant (VA) is a remote professional resource deployed on mid- to long-term assignments with global clients of Growup Technologies . Post completion of structured training and evaluation, the VA will be assigned to one or more client projects based on demonstrated competencies, performance, and business requirements. This is a non-technical role focused on business support, operations, and client coordination functions but as a good users of latest technologies and no-code AI Tools. Functional Training & Domain Exposure During training, Virtual Assistants are introduced to multiple business domains. Deployment may occur in one or more of the following areas: Executive Assistance Administrative Assistance LinkedIn Assistance Sales Assistance Online Research Project Management Support Social Media Management Digital Marketing Support Operations Support Business Development Support Content Writing Support Web Support (Non-Technical Coordination) HR & Recruitment Assistance Accounts Assistance Travel Assistance AI Assistance Real Estate Assistance Growth Hacker Assistance CRM Assistance E-commerce Assistance Customer Support Assistant Role Categories Growup hires two types of Virtual Assistants: Half Virtual Assistant (4 hours/day) Full Virtual Assistant (8 hours/day) Role allocation is determined based on performance, availability, and business needs.
