Support resource management activities for the A&O team, including monitoring assignments, timesheet data, capacity, and forecast accuracy. Support focused resource management for RED as needed. Help identify resource constraints, underutilization, or scheduling concerns and work with delivery leaders to recommend appropriate solutions. Support ongoing improvements to Professional Services project coordination, scheduling, and resource management processes. Qualifications: 3-5 years of project coordination, project management, or related experience, ideally within a technology company, Professional Services organization, or relevant consultancy.
