What are the tasks and responsibilities: Customer support: Communication with users via phone, email or chat Resolving customer inquiries and providing information about services or products Teleprodaja: Sales of new or existing services and products to users Active consultation and informing users What are we looking for? The ideal candidate enjoys providing support and helping other people, is open and focused on customer satisfaction and speaks excellently, both orally and in writing, at a minimum level B2/C1, some of the following languages: Croatian English German Italian Spanish French češki Slovak Swedish In addition to language knowledge, the following are required: Basic computer skills (MS Office) Communicativeness, motivation and willingness to work in a team What is it like to work at Transcom?
