We're looking for an experienced Healthcare Virtual Assistant to join a growing mental health team. Key Responsibilities: Answer patient calls, texts, and callbacks Schedule appointments for multiple therapists Verify insurance eligibility and benefits Review and submit claims in SimplePractice Support daily front-office operations and collaborate with the team Qualifications: At least 2 years of US healthcare administrative experience Mental health/behavioral health practice experience is strongly preferred Experience with patient scheduling and insurance verification SimplePractice experience is REQUIRED!
