Chief Executive Assistant

About the role

About Squared Away Squared Away supports founders, executives, and leadership teams moving fast, carrying a lot, and expecting excellence. Our Assistants are not task-takers waiting for instructions. They are strategic operators, problem-solvers, and trusted partners who create order in the chaos, anticipate what’s coming next, protect priorities, and make sure nothing important gets dropped. We exist to give exceptional leaders back their most valuable resource: time. That requires more than checking boxes. It requires judgment, discretion, ownership, extreme attention to detail, and the ability to execute consistently in environments where the pace is high and the expectations are higher. If you need someone to tell you exactly what to do next, this probably isn’t the role for you. If you are the person who notices the problem before anyone else does, figures it out, communicates clearly, and gets it across the finish line, we want to know you. Squared Away maintains a rolling application for our Executive Assistant position. This application is for opportunities anticipated during Q4 2026 , (October through December).
