At Convertros , we're building something different. A remote-first sales team where high performers thrive, learning never stops, and growth isn't a promise — it's a process you can see every 90 days. We're scaling fast. We're hiring people who want more than just a job. This is where your sales career actually takes off. 🌍 Work from anywhere — Seriously. We've been remote since day one. You'll collaborate with teammates across the world, with the autonomy to perform from wherever you are. No office, no politics, no wasted time. 💸 You win, you earn. This is a commission-based role designed for those who want their effort to translate into results. Top-performing BDAs earn competitive weekly pay, with clear metrics and consistent payouts. Your income scales with your performance. You set the pace. 🚀 Your career path is real. We promote from within — always. Every 90 days, you'll be reviewed on your numbers and your mindset. All of our leaders started in this exact role. We don't skip the climb — we've just made it fast and transparent. 📞 What you'll be doing As a BDA, you'll be the first voice for U.S. consumer brands in Financial Services and Home Improvement. Handle inbound leads — warm calls, no cold prospecting. Turn interest into action: bookings, appointments, enrollments. Own your performance and get real-time coaching to improve fast. Full-time shift (40 hrs/week), scheduled between 12 PM and 12 AM EST. You'll be measured — but you'll never be micromanaged. 🧠 Who thrives here You don't need sales experience — you need the right mindset. You learn fast and act faster. You welcome feedback, not just praise. You want responsibility, not babysitting. You value growth more than comfort. If you live by Hustle, Curiosity, Ownership and Care — you'll feel right at home. Not sure if you're ready? Apply anyway. What we can't teach is drive. Everything else, we'll build together. 💥 Ready? No fluff. No bureaucracy. No ceilings. Just you, your ambition, and the tools to turn it into something big. Apply now and start building the sales career you actually want. Originally posted on Himalayas
